Writing and Formatting
MANUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS

File format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc/.docx) format. PDF files are not accepted as source files.

Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt.

Line spacing: Single (1.0) — make sure to set it via the paragraph settings (see Resources if needed).

Paragraph spacing: No extra space before or after paragraphs (i.e., отступ must be set to 1.0).

Page layout: Single-column, justified alignment.

Length: Articles must be between 8 to 15 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

Structure: All manuscripts must strictly follow the IMRAD format:

  1. Introduction
  2. Literature Review
  3. Methods
  4. Results and Discussion
  5. Conclusions
ABSTRACT AND KEYWORDS

Abstract should be 250–300 words, unstructured, self-contained, and summarize the research aim, methods, results, and conclusions.

Keywords (1 to 7) should be listed right after the abstract, separated by semicolons.

TITLE PAGE ELEMENTS

Your title page must include:

  • Article title (bold, 14 pt, centered)
  • Authors’ full names (italic, 12 pt, centered)
  • Affiliations and email addresses
  • ORCID ID (optional)
  • Corresponding author designation
  • Citation format (example provided in template)
  • Dates of submission, revision, and acceptance
  • Creative Commons License declaration (CC BY 4.0)
FIGURES AND TABLES

Figures:

Must be submitted as separate image files (.JPG, .PNG, .TIFF)

Recommended resolution:

  • Line art: 1000 dpi
  • Photos: 300 dpi
  • Mixed: 500 dpi

Each figure must:

  • Be cited in the text (e.g., as shown in Figure 3)
  • Be numbered and captioned below (12 pt)

Tables:

  • Must be editable Word tables, not images
  • Font: 11 ptinside table, 12 pt for the title above
  • Tables should be numbered (e.g., Table 1. Overview of Results)
  • Avoid vertical lines and unnecessary shading
  • Source note should appear in 10 ptbelow the table
CITATIONS AND REFERENCES

In-text citations must be shown using square brackets [1], [2–3], etc., in the order of appearance.

References must follow APA style, using Times New Roman 10 pt. Examples:

Journal article:

Book chapter:

Use reference managers like Mendeley, EndNote, or Zotero to simplify formatting and ensure correctness. Remove field codes before submission.

FINAL CHECKS

Before submission, ensure the following:

  • 0 line spacing is set and no extra space before/after paragraphs
  • Correct font sizes (12 pt for text, 11 pt in tables, 10 pt for sources)
  • APA reference style with DOIs or permanent links
  • Figures/tables properly labeled and cited
  • IMRAD structure strictly followed
  • Manuscript length is 8–15 pages
