Our journal provides free and unrestricted access to all published materials. We do not charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) or any other publication fees from authors.

1. Free Publication

All articles undergo a standard peer review and editorial processing without any financial obligations for authors.

2. Journal Funding

Publication costs are covered by the Law Enforcement Academy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. This allows us to maintain high-quality standards without requiring payments from authors.

3. Additional Terms

• The journal does not charge additional fees for color illustrations, article length, or supplementary materials.
• All published information remains freely accessible in accordance with open access principles.
